Established in 2004 as a commercial building surveying practice providing pragmatic, technical and strategic property advice to funders, investors, owners and occupiers alike.

The practice was set up by Geoff de Pass and Simon Hygate, both former directors of a national surveying practice, who can offer high quality advice gained from over 20 years of experience in commercial property.
